Solid steel ball core on a short, tapered, solid aluminum handle, covered in layers of rubber, felt and fleece.  This diminutive stick packs a huge punch.  Heavy enough for playing big dynamics on big tams, but compact enough for control and clarity at softer dynamics.  It’s also just about the only general-purpose tam stick that will easily fit in any stick bag.  Definitely unlike any other tam beater out there.
